1966 Lemans Convertible

I just came across this car around my way and would like to get some honest feedback. The car has brand new interior, solid floors, almost mint paint, mint chrome, stock 326 matching, great shape convertible top, torque thrust wheels, new gas tank, etc. Asking price is 7K but due to circumstances may get it for 5,500. Is this car worth it or what.

If it's as solid as you say, it looks like a steal to me.
