1972 gto front bucket seats

Hello,,,Dayton Ohio area and I have installed a new floor pan but I do not have OEM bucket seats to weld in the seat brackets on the new floor. Any close to Dayton that may allow me to rent or even put a deposit on a set of bucket seats to use for 1 day so I can locate the brackets on the floor and weld them in? Thanks

Ken

Welcome to the forums!
As far as I know the seats should be bolted to the floor not welded.

Factory buckets mount the same for all '68-72 GM A body's, '69-72 GrandPrixs, '70-72 MonteCarlo's. if you were closer, could lend you some seats, but it would be a lot easier to just provide the dimensions for the inner brackets and the T shaped front outboard bracket.

Let me know if you need pics and dimensions, the bucket seats and floor underpayment are out of a '72 HO hardtop I have, will be out there tomorrow, would just need to roll it out and take the measurements.

Hello,,seats themselves are bolted, but the brackets have to be located and welded in in order to bolt the seats in.
