i know this question has been asked before but i'm new here so bear with me,does anyone know of a sheetmetal manufacturer that makes a true 67 quarter panel and or a rear wheel opening patch panel?

No such thing as a TRUE reproduction, you can find NOS but they will be expensive. For the patches call around and look for damaged GTO/LeMans/Tempest with the section you need in good shape or buy the Dynacorn panels and have the welder/body guy massage them in.

I have two rust free quarters, from a 1967 lemans that could work for you. I was going to use them but have changed my mind. PM me if you are interested.
