68 gto value question

Hi,
I have a numbers match 1968 gto that has just had a frame on restortation and new show car quality paint (Aleutian Blue). Was a Ca car so no rust. Has hideaway headlights auto trans with his and her's shifter AC (all there but not charged) original AM radio, Ram air heads and 64 exhaust manifolds, Rally wheels, Manual brakes, rechromed and restored dash, and rally gauges. I was not planning selling it but I have a guy who is interested in buying it. I want to charge a fair price but not give it away. I looked at NADA and they show prices (listed below but hard to read but you will get the idea) but I am not sure if that is a good guide or not. What do you guys think would be a fair price?
Original
MSRP Low
Retail Average
Retail High
Retail
Base Price $3,101 $9,050 $31,000 $61,800
Options: (change)

Rally Wheels 5% 5% 5%
TOTAL PRICE: $3,101 $11,311 $38,750 $77,250

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I checked the sites out and they are all over the place price wise. Looks like the nice ones are 30K and up and anything less is needing restore or paint or does not have the original engine or is a tribute car.
