if it were closer i might drag it home, seems solid for that price. I will speak from experience that the dealer undercoat when applied right can save these cars from becoming swiss cheese and the body is the most expensive part of a resto. Mine was well applied and i just touched up the areas they missed after applying a black epoxy base coat to seal the metal. Even after 10 years, 125,000 miles split between Idaho and the DC area and 35 years buried under crap in a carport my rust repair amounted to a nickle size hole in the bottom of one fender around the trim screw.
