Air Cleaner Suggestions?

I have a 65 GTO with the pancake/louvered style air cleaner. I'd like to get more air flow into the engine.

Any suggestions on a replacement air cleaner that would fit over a Carter AFB?

use same base, get open element air filter (paper or oil type) and then add a new chrome lid with a longer threaded stud. almost too easy.

That's along the lines of what I was thinking...just wondering if anyone had suggestions for a nice looking chrome lid that was a good fit. I was thinking of something like this...

Mr Gasket is a little cheaper, and if you don't want to buy it from Amazon (no tax or shipping), they are usually available at NAPA or O'Reilley's (sic):

Moroso made one at one time but it's been 20 years since I brought my mine. Which I still somewhere. Just have looked for it lately.

Thanks...I like that lower profile style as I wasn't sure if a full 3" high filter with a chrome top would fit. I'll also Google Moroso...
