distributer

I just installed my distributor.
I know it is seated properly on the oil pump drive shaft. and It's down all the way and the the body rotates smoothy.
Please tell me the dist is supposed to "tilt" toward the drivers side..........
BTW, where Do I mount my coil?
I have a U shaped bracket for my Pertronix coil.
I really dont want to start drilling into the firewall
thanks as always.

Yes, it tilts about 10* to the driver's side.Did you use a gasket?....I THINK there is a coil bracket that mounts to the intake manifold......E
