Gtojoe's 70

I am attempting to remove a dash bezel from a 1970 GTO and cannot figure out how to remove the top screws. Does the padded dash have to be removed to expose the upper portion of the insrument guages? I believe there are several screws that cannot be accessed from under the dash. Thanks for any guidance.

I just removed my entire dash (1970 GTO). Its not a lot of work but I would suggest two people in pulling the dash out, when its time. The final three (upper part of instrument bezel) screws are obtainable once you drop the steering column.
