How hard are dashlights etc to replace in a '68?

Are there any tricks to this?

Also, is there somewhere I can send the clock to make it functional or a repop that looks factory available that will actually work?

Has anyone upgraded their dash lights to anything other than the factory stuff? I see lots of LED stuff advertised for cars

Thanks
