hydrolic clutch and ignition lock

How do you set up a hydrolic clutch with the OE power brakes? the brake booster is so freaking big, where do you put the clutch master? Other side ofthe fire wall?

also how do you remove the ignition lock cylinder if you do not have the key? do you have to drill the tumblers or is there a less invasive way?

Wildwood makes a master that fits nicely just behind the booster. I got mine from Kiesler Engineering, in Tenn. See pictures.
