installing '69 grill onto a '70 gto, is it possible?

Does anyone know if it is possible to install a 1969 hideaway headlight grill and bumper, if need be, onto a 1970 gto? Thanks for the input in advance.

Sure. I saw a '48 Buick grille on a '70's Holden in the film Mad Max. Anything's possible. Would it fit well and look ok? No. Not in my opinion.....but my opinion and $2 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks!

was thinking about that Holden the other day, what platform did they build those on the AMX ?

i would doubt that they would bolt right in and even the 69's had a problem with them working...if it's a GTO it would also lessen the value so why would you go backwards?

Eric, I think you're right on that. There are a lot of Fords in Oz, built on site since Model T days, I believe. The Holden is a pure Aussie concoction... the 04-06 GTO is a Holden, in fact......"Just walk away.....leave the gasoline, and walk away...." Great flicks!!
