Installing ram air set up under the hood of a 72 GTO??

Gang, I have a 72 GTO with a 1969 428 4 bolt main in it, it has a high rise and a holley carb, not stock. I'd like ot be able to install the ram iar set up under the hood, everything from the dual snorkel air cleaner and the upper steel pan and rubbers? Will it fit or do I need ot have the stock manifold and carb put back on?? Will this type of a set up fit with the after market manifold and carb?? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thank you!

i'm not sure about the 72 ram air set up,but i installed the ram air on my 70 and the truth is,it looks cool but there is no significant gain in power at lower speeds.it's probably somewhat effective at higher speeds but i would think it through before spending 1,200 dollars on the set up.

i dont know anything about ram air setups but i know if the carb is higher than stock and doesnt have the same shape on top, you will have problems.
