Why on earth did you get RID of it??? VIN and plate data would be needed to find the car if it still exists. A lot of them were junked in the '80's. They were just old, used, gas- hog cars. (Hey, I guess I just answered my "rid of it" question!!!) Good luck!

As a P.S.: I have a friend who had two '65 GTO's, both four speed cars. Sold his first one in the '80's. Saw my own '65 in '91 (That I'd had for 10 years at that point) and bought his second one, at the urging of his wife. Sold it two years later, at the urging of his wife. Now, he has a '65 Lemans that he cloned into a GTO. Beautiful car, just not a GTO. He can't afford an actual '65 GTO now. Can you spell REGRET? Folks, HANG ON TO THOSE CARS!!!

Finding car

Hey. You might try Performance Years. I believe they have a lost/stolen forum also. It's kind of difficult without a VIN. Other than that, if it was in Utah, check with DMV? I don't know if that would help or what kind of info you could get. It's been over 20 years and if still alive, it could be anywhere in the US now.
