It's got a Chevy engine in it and it looks like all the A/C stuff is gone.
The rear seat looks OK but somebody did a crappy job on those front seat covers.
I'd be very cautious about the body panels; that half-primer job must be hiding something.
If it runs, drives and stops well with no major issues and all the moldings and trim parts come with the car, I might go $2500...tops.
I paid just a little more than his asking price for my car. It was a running, driving GTO (not original engine) that was originally built in California and spent its life in California and Nevada. I think you can do better than this.
