relay clutch engages

I have to hold clutch pedal all the way to floor to engage relay to start engine. It looks like that relay can be moved forward to engage sooner without holding pedal all way to floor.Does anyone know if this is how to adjust that? Thanks

The switch is under the dash & is like the brake pedel switch it just slides up & down in the bracket to adjust it. Very easy to do. Just push it down a bit more to have it release earlier.
