Rust Prevention Question

Just needing some help on what way to prevent rust on under body. I live in Indiana and just purchased a 69 from California. I have band new floor pan and want to prevent rust. Any ideas? Thanks!

Why not have the whole underside Line X'd?

I'm talking about the spray on protective bedliner. They do offer it in a can and you apply it with a spray gun or a roller. Aside from that I would say epoxy primer and a coating of chassis black.

I'm assuming of course you are talking about a driver quality car, not a chalkmark restoration.

Are you sandblasting the underside or just power washing?

i agree, epoxy it. Used epoxy primer then satin black epoxy on mine, seals out moisture and will hold up well to stones. Have had good luck with the rustoleum epoxy in the spray can, even used the platinum to re-finish a master cylinder and even brake fluid has yet to effect it
