Steam clean or water blast under car ?

hi, i need to clean up under a 67 gto it has years of dirt and oil from a leaking main seal, i was going to use a standard high pressure water blaster, but thought maybe hireing a steam cleaner might work better, has anyone gone down this path before, any suggestions what would work best, thanks

Just did mine last March, and used a pressure washer, but it was a heated one that used diesel to heat the coil. It worked very well. Wear protective gear, and eye protection. Also, watch where you point the nozzle....
