I was wondering where in RI the pictures where taken. I thought Newport as well but could be anywhere along the coast. Maybe Narragansett or Little Compton?

Thanks guys,yup that is Newport, around Ocean Drive. Not bad scenery to be passing through.

The Newport shoreline has a very recognizable look. Great place to cruise whether you have a Pontiac or not. The area is an old establishment settled in the mid 1600's. It became a huge seaport with 150 wharves at its peak. It is where high dollar millionaires built their summer homes -and millionaires still live. You can actually tour several of the huge elaborate mansions -great historic place to visit with many shops of all kinds and restaurants. I have been there many times. I used to deliver auto batteries in downtown Newport, and my dad had a 28' sailboat anchored across from Newport at Jamestown. Great tourist spot.
