Hey all, just picked up 3 carbs. Would like some info. Can't seem to match numbers from the center carb. Can someone tell me what this carb is so i can get a rebuild kit. Thanks

It is a Rochester 2GC series carb with electric choke. The casting number printed on the bowl location tells me it is a 1968 and later carb (well after the tri-power era ended). Most 2GC rebuild kits will work for various years and applications.

Found some info, seems this carb is a mercruiser carb. They all have the wide base. Was told they came off a 389. Planning to use them on my 400.

Mercury Marine did use the Rochester carb on some of their engines. Rochester stopped production and then Mercury made its own version of the Rochester called a Mercarb. The Mercarb had two different styles of accelerator pumps.
