Tri-power choke tubes

I am trying to remove the 2choke tubes that connect the center carburetor
choke to the intake manifold. One has a crack just above the manifold. I have tried soaking the area with penetrating oil but they won't move. I want to replace them with new tubes, but do not want to break them off in the manifold tubes. Can anyone give me any ideas how to get them out without damage. The manifold is a 1965 model.
Thank you
Steve

You could use a slightly bigger drill bit than the tubes, spinning it up the bit shank.
