Is it a 9794234? If so, it's a 68-69 intake manifold for a 400. The 3 on the intake runner is just denoting cyl #3. Am I missing something?

I agree that it's not super clear, but since the rest of the numbers are fairly legible, and the factory part number is the one that I posted, I'd go ahead and make the leap that the 0 is actually a 9.
