What are these parts

The long ones are 68 to 72 frame to body braces. If you have a Performance Years catalog look up part # RPU80A.. Smaller ones are bumper brackets I think but being a 64 guy not for sure wear they were on the later cars.. Les

where to the frame to body brackets go?

They connect the forward mount of the lower control arm to the forward top mount of the upper control arms where it attaches on the rear crossmember. If I remember correctly only 4 speed cars had these.
