What's wrong with this picture?

What's going on with this endura? Is is just the angle? Poorly repaired, or done on purpose?

Garage
The car has taken a pretty good lick to the front. The bumper is bent/twisted.

I assumed it was hit, too Bear. The rest of the car looks wells put together, and the bumper itself must have at least gotten some crack repair. Why go to all that trouble? Maybe the owner likes the droopy nose?

Looks like the valence is bent too. I'm with Bear and think he hit something. Maybe he tapped something right after the paint was done? May not have been a very hard hit, just the wrong angle. Too bad, looks good otherwise.

Endura Bumper Designed For 5MPH Impact

Ouch! As I recall this style bumper was designed and engineered to handle a 5MPH impact or less with "No Damage". I believe this allowed for a reduced insurance premium "back in the day".
