Wussing on the vent

I've unscrewed-
The three screws on the door upper frame.
single screw on the vent to door outer panel
and the lower adjusting stud & nut at the bottom of the door
(the main window is completely removed)

The vent window will not budge!
Am I being a wuss and should put a bit more effort into yanking it out?

I've seen other Fisher '66 bodies that have a couple of additional bolts above the upper hinge, but these doors don't have those showing on the outside.

You have the main door window removed, right?

MaL,

Is your car a hardtop or a post? I believe that drawing is for a 24207 car.

I've attached a couple pictures of the vent window and frame from a 24217 and circled the areas where I believe the screws are attached to the door;

I've looked it over and may need a mirror to see inside, because externally there are no more screws or bolts.
Are these internal pieces that disassemble from inside?
