C5Z06 Showboat'N

Was cruising home on I 15 tonight going a cool 80mph and I see some headlights coming up on my ass real quick.

This blue beast comes rolling past me with what looked like 21 inch black wheels with a monster lip and I could hear his supercharger purring under his hood. He had a massive hoodscoop which looked cool but then........................

he flicks on his blue underglow lights

This thing looked awesome except for the lights haha

It was nice he acknowledged my goat which is unusual for a vette. I wanted to see what that thing could do. We both tried to cut through the traffic at a safe pace but there was just to many cars to do anything then after 3 miles my exit came up.

He would have put bus lengths on me but it would have been fun

Yea he may have the same Hp (405) but hard to compete with the power to weight ratio. Still would have been fun to try. Then again if you heard a supercharger then there is no telling how much power that thing had. What is up with 21 inch wheels on that car?

2006 Cyclone M/T..K&N CAI.

That's what I was thinking. But like he said, they "looked" like 21s. I know there are plenty 19" front and 20" rear rim packages for the C5s with the rears being as wide as 12". Must be nice.

21's

Yeah, I have seen plenty of Corvettes with 20's but these were HUGE!! I wasn't able to measure them obviously but they really stood out....maybe it was the huge lip.

I could see his massive red calipers too.

This Corvette looked like a show car I haven't seen another one like it
