took dad's new GXP autocrossing

It was really a blast! the car has the manual, and has the all season tire package. I'm sure the times would have been much better if I had any experience in the car or autocrossing in general, but it was a blast, and i was still pretty damn competetive in F stock. here are some videos of my runs and a buddy that was showing me the ropes:

side note, there were only 1850 G8 GXPs imported.

Looks like a blast! That is a sharp color for the G8.

third run was my best, and you can really hear what the stock exhaust on those sounds like around 40 seconds into my 3rd run

Very cool.
I had a blast running SCCA years ago with a Herb Adams suspended, built 400/ 4 speed, '73 T/A (yep, that was a very long time ago).
I wonder where that car went?
My little brother has a '66 Datsun Roadster minus engine and trans. Maybe I'll drop a 289/302 in it and start SCCA again.
Mmmmmm, where's my cell phone?
