Where to practice (hard) driving?

Hi!
I am curious if there are places where you can go to practice driving however you want, like some kind of a big lot or whatever.
Looking to especially practice in snow, learn how to regain control if the back slips up.
Anyone know of places like this in or around MA? Or if someone can at least tell me what exactly I should be looking for.
I know there are tracks/speedways, but not looking for anything competitive, just your regular "have some fun in an empty parking lot" maneuvers lol

You don't know where there are any empty parking lots or what? I don't understand the question.

I think he is wondering if there are any areas that everyone goes to or perhaps a school for that driving.
