advice on paint

I own a 69 GTO and is a dark blue. The body is in great shape but the paint is getting a little thin.I am thinking Liberty Blue but i can not seem to find any color charts.I was also thinking of Judge stipes since i have the spoiler already. Also i live in Canada and they have a new paint law.Any one have experience with this new water based paint.I am considering smuggling paint over the border.
