2006 GTO oil pan on a new LS3 crate enging

Will the oil pan on a 2006 GTO LS2 fit on a New LS3 crate engine. It seem that the windage tray bolts hits the oil lines that are in the gto oil pan and won't be able to bolt it on. Is it possible to cut off one of the bolts that hold the windage tray on, or just do away with the windage tray.:Anyone run into this issue. Thanks:
