Alcohol injection on a stock 05 GTO?

Would there be any real benefit in installing an alky injection on my almost stock, normally aspirated 05 GTO?
I have a K&N drop in, long tubes without cats, and catback.
I understand it would allow for higher timing advance and help with knock control with cooling the cyl temp.
I can find much info on forced induction engines, but very little on
normally aspirated.
I would use it as nitrous is used. That is, arm it with a switch and inject only at WOT.
Also, would I need a tune to use it?

Has anyone done this or know where I may find any info?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
