Build bottom end on 06 GTO?

Hi all, Just bought an 06 GTO with the top end heavily modded. Looking to the future i was thinking forged crank and scat rotating assy. Why do i not see hardly any one else building the bottom on the 04-06 GTO's? If/when a turbo/supercharger gets with-in budget it seems a bullet proof bottom end would be necessary. Thanks for any help

From what I have heard pistons are the first weak point in the bottom end at somewhere over 600 HP.
