Doors (again)

I think I finally did it this time. The door wouldn't lock (using the key fob), so I used to key to lock it. Now nothing (key fob, lock button, whatever) can get it to unlock - I have to climb through the window or the passenger side.
I'm going to take it in sometime this week - I have another month left on the extended warranty, so that's not the issue. But I've had door problems for years with this thing - won't latch, won't open, won't lock, won't unlock. I've already replaced one of the actuators, and had driver's side door pulled apart at least four times.
Someone else must have had these problems. Did you ever manage to get it resolved, and what did you do to fix it?
