I am assuming you have an M6. A knee jerk launch is exactly what it sounds like. Keep your foot on the clutch till you're ready to go, then jerk your knee upwards to engage clutch. DO NOT SIDE STEP CLUTCH...!!!

so basically let off the clutch with your leg moving directly back towards your body and keeping your foot straight on the clutch till fully released?(im assuming very fast as in a "jerk" motion)

thank you hahaha

i feel so stupid
