My intake was clean! :)

So I removed and cleaned my throttle body today, and looked inside my intake. To my surprise it had a very light coating of clean oil. No sludge or dirt whatsoever. I was releived after all the horror stories i have heard of how much sludge and dirt can be in there. I had removed my valley to TB elbow hose a while back, and it had no evidence of oil at all. I think the little bit of oil i see may be getting in from the right side, hose to TB.
Anyway, what DID worry me a little was when I removed my radiator cap and could see no fluid mind you my reservoir is at the fine level. So I am hoping this is normal? Every radiator i have ever looked into was always filled to the top. My temps are fine.
