New 04 gto auto owner kind of paranoid

Hello I am new to the gto and v8 scene I have 34000 miles on it Ive put a outer tie rod and alignment also rear pads and rotors. But the rotors make a whine while movement, replaced the rotors and noise disappears? I have replaced the antifreeze and gear oil, rear diff makes a slight chatter? Any advice or pointers what to look out for is greatly appreciated thank you.

When you changed the fluid in the differential did you add the GM limited slip additive? Without it the gears will make noise. You're not hurting anything so don't worry, but get the additive ASAP from a GM dealer to fix the "slight chatter."

Do the rotors whine really loudly? only when brakes are depressed or all the time? That sound more like an adjustment issue in the calipers to me. See if there's more noise on one side than on the other, or if one wheel is worse than all.
