Rear Fascia Door

While looking at my 2005 GTO from the rear I noticed a plastic cover hanging down directly in front of the rear "GTO" fascia. I got underneath and learned there is a little door held up by 2 push pins. When I opened the door I saw 2 bolts coming through with 15mm nuts on them. Those nuts had almost back themselves completely off the bolts. I tightened them...what the heck do these go to?

I thought maybe it had something to do with the spare, but I think the spare is much further forward at a glance.

Thanks svede1212. So the two long bolts coming through with 15mm nuts on them don't technically go to anything? I was just curious, I noticed they were about 3/4 of the way backed off so I ran them tight. Naturally I curious what they went to if anything
