I have an '04 m6. I think the slave cyl. just went on me. I started the car and the pedal didn't return. I checked trhe fluid and yes it was a little low but not empty. So I filled it and tried to pump the pedal but it has no pressure. My question is' Do I have to drop the motor and trans as one or can I sneak the trans out by itself? And is there any upgrade I should do while it's out? Thanks in advance guys!

You only have to drop the transmission. I've always ordered and used the stock slave cylinder.
