Vac line kinked

I was getting ready to install my intake, and I noticed that the vacuum line is kinked. Do I care? I'm trying to decide if I need to get it to a dealer before I do my intake, because I expect they would blame my install if I take it in after.

Thanks.

they might void your warranty all together if they see the intake. take it before the install.
