I use to have an RXL with a turbo on it pushing over 200 HP, it bout like to rip your arms right out of your shoulders. Man I miss that sled!!

There is a disc brake in/on the transmission that drives the track. The transmission is nothing more than a belt and a set of two variable diameter pulleys that increase in size as engine & track speed increases. Snowmobiles are actually where they stole the idea for CV transmissions in cars.

Except they work in SM so in theory you could lock up that rear belt and slide quite a bit..

HAHA I miss the snow so much! i just traded my 85 yamaha SS 440 for a 1990 toyota pick up, 2wd with a 5 speed hells yea! haha
