2004 GTO in Desperate Housewives

The wife had it on while I was doing paperwork working in the kitchen. Glanced up for a second -- and, lo and behold, there was a guy driving away from Terri Hatcher in a red over black GTO. Pretty cool to see. The only trouble I had with it was the exhaust note they dubbed in sounded like it came from Rocky and Bullwinkle.

That's very cool of your wife. Mine told me to shut up when I said "hey, look, a GTO!"

I have seen the red goat before and have also noted the sound. Have any of you also noticed that the GMC Envoy that the wack job kids dad drives sounds like a muscle car as well? It's a 6 cylinder, lol. I own one, trust me, it doesn't sound like a muscle car.

Of course, the dick ex-husband going through the mid-life crisis drives the GTO...

Remember those old Chrysler starter motors? The ones that had that dead giveaway AH-AH-AH-AH before the motor cranked over? Aaron Spelling used that in all his shows -- so whenever one of Charlie's Angels piled into a Ford -- you'd hear that sound effect.
