The Incredible Account Shrinking Book Store

I drove by this place the other day after buying some components from a camera vendor in Burbank. 'Scuse the lousy quality, shot taken w/ my phone cam.

I made a mental note to swing back by when I had time.

I made time today.

OMFG. 8O That was an unfortunate descision.

I spent over an hour in there. Thousands of aviation and automotive books, models, trinkets, memoribilia, and gewgaws. Wow. Too much aerogeekery and motorgadoot for a single visit.

I bought a copy of Me-262 Volume One. I thought that was out of print. I dunno how I'm gonna explain a $50 dollar hit on the Visa to my wife right before I go to the Reno Air Races...but I'll manage.

They also had some very nice 2005 GTO 1:18 die cast models. $100

And check out their "Customer's Cars" page:
