Puma rock climbing shoes or wrestling shoes. Thin sole, good grip and great pedal feel.

I'm with ya, All stars are my choice. but I drive in Dallas traffic in a four inch spike heel w/ a m6 so I'm not too picky... All stars all the way.

When I had a stick and it mattered I'd use a pair of auqa-socks beach type shoes. Very light and comfortable. Really grippy soft rubber sole, cool with great ventilation, low profile for heel-n-toe and flexible.

Haha, same here. Puma has some new running shoes though w/ a really narrow, grippy, flexible sole and they work great. They even have like a carbonfiber look on the heel.
