2005 LS2 M6 cammed and supercharged rich condition

Good Morning Guys, I am having a super weird problem with my car, suddenly its constantly running rich to the point of oiling down the rings. The wideband is pegged below 11 and the car runs extremely rough. The car ran fine for about a year before this started happening. There are no codes which means I don't have any idea where to start looking.

The data logs show a TPS of about 24% on idle which seems high to me, I've changed the MAP, IAT, Plugs, Wires and doing the Oxygen Sensors next but I rather not keep throwing money at this problem. I have a feeling the problem might be MAF or TPS related but that's just my speculation.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I mis-wired an O2 once and it made it rich like that. There was nothing wrong with the sensor, my wiring was shorted.
