72 GTO 455 Distributor

Everyone,

Just found this forum so I am hopeful you can help me solve a problem. I have a '72 GTO 455 HO WW5 all original. I need an original distributor to make the car complete. It's GM #1112133 . If anyone has one or knows someone that might I would be grateful - any condition.

Email or PM me if you have any suggestions.

You could also check on the PY forum which has a huge Pontiac following:

61-77 GTO, Tempest & LeMans Parts WANTED - PY Online Forums

70-72 GTO Tempest & LeMans TECH - PY Online Forums

I got a numbers matching distributor for my 428 from a follow on the PY forum (Scott?) and it was excellent for $75.

Best of luck with your hunt and Welcome to the Forum!!

The guy I got my numbers matching distributor from is Scott Thelander. If you join the PY forum (free) you can contact him about your 1970 distributor. Here's the PY info on him:

Hope this helps.

Just did some more Research, found that is in fact for a`72-455HO ENG-1112133-UNITIZED DIST.
Also checked My Inventory, don`t have the correct # but do have a very nice OEM one for a`72-455.
