History
After selling GTO #1 on April 1st, 2017, purchased this car with the extra funds and am doing it again. Stick with what you know. Posting some before and after shots as I go.
1968 Pontiac GTO (Red)
Modifications
Drivetrain
Before shots (05.01.17) -
When car was repainted, some genius thought that chevy orange was a thing. Who knows maybe they had a friend with a camero. All numbers on heads, block, exhaust manifold, and intake manifold are "Correct". Hence why I pounced on it.
Will complete (starting 05.02.12)
Pull engine, detail bay and powder coat majority of parts in satin black. Find a couple missing bracket parts and put in original hoses and belts. If anyone knows the Pontiac Engine Paint code, drop me a note. It's getting tougher to find.
Engine bay detailed out.

Interior
Last guy owned the car for 8 years, put 6,000 miles on it. However, he did get creative with the dashboard and painted over the chrome and around gauge cluster.
5/02/17 - and beyond
2 days after getting it...attached is the works in progress to restore the dash area and all plated parts.

Exterior
Only non-matching number is the car was originally Verdero Green. I can live with that as this is the same as GTO - #1. If I ever decide to sell this one, I can offer to put it back to stock color for a hefty price.
Audio
Pontiac - Digital aftermarket stereo. Pioneer 5" speakers up front, and CD Changer (which I'm selling to buy other parts) in the console.
