The car was delivered new to Fraley Motor Company in Kingwood W.VA in June of '67. I have no idea how it got from there to Colorado, but it had been patched together in the past to keep it on the road longer. At some point, the entire drivetrain and dash was removed and the rolling shell put out to pasture. A guy from No. Dakota found out about it and 3 other Pontiacs and bought them all. I bought it from Daryl in Minot, ND in January of 09 and drove from St. Paul, MN to Minot and back in near white-out/blizzard conditions. The car was in FAR worse condition than was originally thought had has been a massive undertaking to bring it back from the dead. In March of 09 I drove to Oklahoma for a clean frame to replace the sectioned, rotted original. I then had to buy a rotiserrie to hold the body while I cut out both rockers and door posts for replacement and the complete floor from the firewall to the trunk lid. I have 1 piece floor and 1 piece trunk pan assemblies rready to fit and weld in. I was able to obtain an NOS tail panel for it too.
