Butler stroker kits will cure any rusty crank problem and give you a large set of pistons to bore to, cleaning up any rust issue there
Caps would be the next issue, but not a deal killer by any means
Couple that to a set of Kauffman heads and boom
stroke it to around 495 cubes . Let the fun happen
