Purchased this 64 GTO end of July/early August and decided to get it fired up the other day. Put a new battery in and rigged up a fuel system as the gas tank is not installed (included a brand new Spectra). She fired up almost immediately and settled into a nice idle, other than the squealing belt. Main plans for the car are to clean and paint the underside of the body/frame, strip paint off car and prep for paint. The body is incredibly solid/original as it was an AZ car for most of its life. It is a cameo ivory over red interior, 4spd trans, 3.23 safe-t-track.

When I’m prepping the exterior for paint, I’ll pull the motor, reseal it and get it painted the correct blue for 64 as well.
