I'm looking to seal the large air gaps between the radiator and fan shroud on my '65, non-AC. Anyone do this before? I see on OPGI they sell a two-piece rubber seal kit they say is for non-AC cars. Where and how do these seals install? I was thinking of using rubber weatherstripping with the molded-in metal, to clamp on the shroud and seal to the radiator: thoughts?

Just go to Home Depot and buy a roll of foam insulation seal thick enough to close the gap. Put the sticky side on the shroud.

Great idea. Thanks. I'm dealing with the same issue.
Do you apply that inside the shroud? Any pictures that can help me understand what that looks like?

Here is a photo from my El Camino. Look to the left side and you can see the foam under the shroud
