The auction is over and is no longer available to view, but a Barrett Jackson Groupie on Ebay has been trying so unload a Green 69 Judge vert. It was on there originally for 225K but the last time it was up it was at a buy now of 195K.

I am wondering if some of these guys are ingesting little Barrrett Jackson feel good pills.

You're not alone. That's the whole point of this thread. The auctions are fun to watch and highlite some awesome, made in the USA, iron. Most, if not all, of the people buying the high dollar cars have more money than they know what to do with. The only trouble is, Joe the Plumber who watches these auctons thinks the car in his garage is worth what he sees on tv. The would be great if it were true. We would all be throwing a pile of money in the air! The high prices that Joe thinks he can get make it difficult for Tito the Builder to purchase a vehicle. Especially if he's just getting into the hobby.
What I don't get is why the GTO seems to get no respect from buyers on Barrett? Is there a lack of interest for the GTO? Mid 60's Vettes seem to draw all the attention, along with the '55 -'57 chevs and lets not forget the 1st gen Camaro's and Mustangs. :shutme My gosh, the GTO "STARTED" the muscle car era. Show us some love!:D

For those of you who have some spare change laying around.....

Classic cars, Muscle cars, Classic Cars for Sale, Muscle Cars for Sale

My couch is all tapped out....
I could be mistaken, but I do believe that car was actually on eBay at one time, probably about 10 years ago - I remember it was not long before I got my car in 2000. It was the same color, same options, restored to immaculate condition from the midwest. That car fetched 6 figures, I wanna say around $125K. I had a picture of it on my desktop for about a year. Awesome car.
